The Good, The Bad, and The Just Plain Strange- people at NY Fashion Week

The tents at New York Fashion Week are filled with fashion's elite.... plus editors, bloggers, volunteers, and some of us regular people too.

Most are dressed to the nines in nice shoes and chic outfits.  However, some have missed the mark!
Taking their attire from avant-garde to just plain weird. 

Here's the best and worst in the tents:
